Tips! for Coating Flowers with Resin

When you want to coat the flowers with resin,

you can only use dried flowers or fake flowers.

Fresh flowers, over time, will wither and become resinous. If you want to use the flowers that you collect yourself to coat with resin, we recommend that you dry the flowers completely with silica sand.

The duration of drying flowers depends on the freshness of the flowers. It usually takes about 1 – 2 weeks or until you touch and feel that it is dry.

Alternatively, to keep it easy and simple, we recommend you buy dried flowers, so the flowers will look fresh in your resin work throughout use.
