If Easy Resin product does not meet your expectation, please directly return the product to us and receive your refund within 1 – 3 days.

There are 2 possible ways of returning the products:

1. Directly return by yourself to our factory.
2. Deliver by using a delivery service.

Condition

1. Customers are fully responsible for the product until it reaches our factory. We will not take any responsibility for the product improperly returned to us.
2. Customers will receive the refund within 1 – 3 days after we receive the product properly. The payment will only proceed via Bank Transfer.
3. In case of the product was mistakenly delivered by us, we will deliver the right product to the customer as soon as possible and we will take full responsibility for the delivery fees for returning the product.
